Live Workshop · July 14
You're not lazy. You're not tired. You're frozen, and you've been calling it something else for years.
Survival mode rarely looks like panic. It looks like function. It looks like the woman who gets everything done and can't sit still long enough to feel good about any of it. It looks like easygoing, agreeable, never a problem, quietly running on empty. That's not your personality. That's your nervous system stuck in a loop it doesn't know how to leave.
This is Part 1 of a two-part series on what survival mode is actually costing you, and how to come back from it.
Part 1 is recognition. Before you can regulate anything, you have to see the pattern you're living in. We'll get into the four ways the body leaves safety — fight, flight, freeze, and fawn — and why smart, capable women almost always leave through the last two without ever knowing it. Freeze wearing productivity like a costume. Fawn wearing "I'm just easygoing." We'll pull the costume off.
The Room
This isn't a lecture you sit through. You'll do one guided body scan and feel your own system in real time. You'll leave with one assignment for the two weeks before Part 2: notice which door you leave through. You'll come back with your own data, not my theory.
Who this is for
75 minutes. Live.
Part 2, getting out of the loop, runs two weeks later. Details shared in the room.
This workshop is live only and not recorded. Members get the replay inside the Society.
Survival mode is expensive. It's time to see the bill.
$37 secures your seat. After payment you'll finish Zoom registration to receive your personal join link and calendar invite.
