my commitment to you
everything you share inside masterlife society — in your onboarding audit, in the community, in any direct communication with me — is held in confidence.
i will never share anything personally identifying about you with anyone. not your name. not your story. not your situation. not your details. not with other members, not publicly, not privately.
as an acc-credentialed coach through ipec and a member of the international coaching federation, confidentiality is not a policy i follow. it is a professional and ethical commitment i made when i earned my credentials. it governs how i operate in every coaching relationship i hold.
the difference between teaching and sharing your story
masterlife society is a coaching community built around growth, pattern recognition, and real work. that means two things happen inside this space:
patterns and themes — i share these freely.
over time i notice what keeps coming up across members. nervous system dysregulation. identity gaps. the same money story in different mouths. i teach to these patterns. i name these themes. i use them to make the community better. this is my job as a coach and it does not require anyone's permission because no one's individual story is being shared. it is an observation across many, not a window into one.
individual stories — i always ask first.
if something you shared specifically — your journey, your breakthrough, your struggle, your win — would make for a powerful teaching moment or a story i want to celebrate publicly, i will come to you directly and ask. every time. no exceptions.
"can i share your story with the community or in my content? i'll keep it completely anonymous." that is the question you will receive. if you say no, the answer is no and we move on. if you say yes, i will share only what you've given me permission to share and nothing more.
the test i apply before sharing anything: did this come from one specific person's experience? if yes, i ask. if it is a pattern i have seen across many, i teach it.
your responsibility as a member
this is a room built on trust and that goes in every direction.
by joining masterlife society you agree to:
- hold everything other members share inside this community in full confidence. their stories, their struggles, their wins, their questions — none of it leaves this room without their permission.
- never share identifying details about another member outside this space.
- never screenshot, record, or redistribute private community content.
- never use what you learn about a fellow member in any way that could harm or embarrass them.
what is shared here stays here. this is not a guideline. it is a condition of membership.
a note on group versus one-to-one coaching
masterlife society is a group membership community, not individual coaching. other members will be present in group spaces and may hear what you share. i encourage you to share at whatever level feels right for you. you are never required to share more than you want to.
i will always create an environment where confidentiality is the standard. and every member is equally bound to uphold it.
my ethics
i operate under the icf code of ethics. that means i commit to:
- never misrepresenting my qualifications, credentials, or experience.
- holding all information shared with me in confidence except where required by law or where remaining silent would put someone at risk of harm.
- never exploiting the coaching relationship for personal, financial, or professional gain.
- being transparent about what masterlife society is and what it is not.
